Contract work or permanent, which would you take? - 2 months and counting

I got a contract offer for 4 months as a recruiter and I am unsure whether to accept. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I would gain recent experience. How did you handle benefits?

Buy coverage through the marketplace if the contract has none. I budgeted for it before signing.

Ask about extension likelihood and whether the team has hired contractors before.
