Contract work or permanent, which would you take? - 19 weeks in

I got a contract offer for 11 months as an electrician's helper and I am unsure whether to accept. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I have 10 months of savings left. Did a contract become permanent?

Buy coverage through the marketplace if the contract has none. I budgeted for it before signing.

If savings are low, I would accept and keep applying. You can leave for a permanent role if one appears.
