Contract work or permanent, which would you take? - 18 weeks in

I got a contract offer for 14 months as a forklift operator and I am unsure whether to accept. It has been weighing on me all week. I have 4 months of savings left.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.

Buy coverage through the marketplace if the contract has none. I budgeted for it before signing.
