Contract work or permanent, which would you take? - 15 weeks in

I got a contract offer for 14 months as a bookkeeper and I am unsure whether to accept. I am in Providence, in case local advice matters. I would gain recent experience. What would you do?

Ask about extension likelihood and whether the team has hired contractors before.
