Contract work or permanent, which would you take? - 12 months and counting

A permanent role may come up, but the contract starts now. There are 11 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I would gain recent experience.

Ask about extension likelihood and whether the team has hired contractors before.

If savings are low, I would accept and keep applying. You can leave for a permanent role if one appears.
