Changing careers at 4 years into a job, is it realistic? after 4 years as a bank teller

I want to move from bank teller to something with more stability. I am in Detroit, in case local advice matters. I have a little time and a small budget for training. Has anyone made a similar move?

I took a small pay cut for a year, and it was worth it for the growth afterwards.
