Changing careers at 4 years into a job, is it realistic? after 4 years as a production planner

I want to move from production planner to something with more stability. Any experience at all would help. I have good customer skills and I am comfortable with spreadsheets. How did you start?

You likely have more transferable skills than you think. Write down what you did, not what the job title said.
