Changing careers at 4 years into a job, is it realistic? - 15 weeks in

My layoff made me rethink whether to stay in my field. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I have good customer skills and I am comfortable with spreadsheets. How did you start?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
