Changing careers at 3 years into a job, is it realistic?, administrative assistant here

I want to move from administrative assistant to something with more stability. Any experience at all would help. I have good customer skills and I am comfortable with spreadsheets.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
