Changing careers at 3 years into a job, is it realistic?

I want to move from procurement assistant to something with more stability. There are 3 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I have good customer skills and I am comfortable with spreadsheets. How did you start?

You likely have more transferable skills than you think. Write down what you did, not what the job title said.
