Changing careers at 16 years into a job, is it realistic?, logistics coordinator here

After 16 years as a logistics coordinator I am thinking about moving into a different field. My family is supportive but nervous.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
