Changing careers at 15 years into a job, is it realistic? - first time posting

After 15 years as an HR coordinator I am thinking about moving into a different field. My family is supportive but nervous. How did you start?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.

I took a small pay cut for a year, and it was worth it for the growth afterwards.
