Changing careers at 15 years into a job, is it realistic? - first time posting

I want to move from event coordinator to something with more stability. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I have good customer skills and I am comfortable with spreadsheets.

I took a small pay cut for a year, and it was worth it for the growth afterwards.
