Changing careers at 15 years into a job, is it realistic? - 8 months and counting

I want to move from accounts payable clerk to something with more stability. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I have good customer skills and I am comfortable with spreadsheets.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
