Changing careers at 13 years into a job, is it realistic? (Columbus)

After 13 years as an office manager I am thinking about moving into a different field. It has been a long 14 weeks. My family is supportive but nervous.

I took a small pay cut for a year, and it was worth it for the growth afterwards.
