Changing careers at 13 years into a job, is it realistic? after 13 years as an administrative assistant

I want to move from administrative assistant to something with more stability. It has been weighing on me all week. I have a little time and a small budget for training. Has anyone made a similar move?

I took a small pay cut for a year, and it was worth it for the growth afterwards.
