Changing careers at 12 years into a job, is it realistic? - 5 months and counting

After 12 years as a hotel front-desk agent I am thinking about moving into a different field. It has been a long 13 weeks. My family is supportive but nervous. Did you take a pay cut?

You likely have more transferable skills than you think. Write down what you did, not what the job title said.
