Changing careers at 11 years into a job, is it realistic? - 19 weeks in

After 11 years as a logistics coordinator I am thinking about moving into a different field. It has been a long 19 weeks. My family is supportive but nervous. Has anyone made a similar move?

I took a small pay cut for a year, and it was worth it for the growth afterwards.
