Changing careers at 10 years into a job, is it realistic?, project coordinator here

I want to move from project coordinator to something with more stability. There are 10 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I have a little time and a small budget for training. How did you start?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 12 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

I took a small pay cut for a year, and it was worth it for the growth afterwards.
