Career change after a layoff, where to begin? (Madison)

I want to move from home health aide to something with more stability. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I have good customer skills and I am comfortable with spreadsheets.

I took a small pay cut for a year, and it was worth it for the growth afterwards.
