Career change after a layoff, where to begin? - first time posting

I want to move from bank teller to something with more stability. I have good customer skills and I am comfortable with spreadsheets. How did you start?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 13 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

I took a small pay cut for a year, and it was worth it for the growth afterwards.
