Career change after a layoff, where to begin? - first time posting

My layoff made me rethink whether to stay in my field. There are 13 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I have good customer skills and I am comfortable with spreadsheets.

You likely have more transferable skills than you think. Write down what you did, not what the job title said.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
