Career change after a layoff, where to begin?, bookkeeper here

Yara Rasmussen · 2026-04-15T06:09:07.126Z

After 3 years as a bookkeeper I am thinking about moving into a different field. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I have a little time and a small budget for training. Did you take a pay cut?

I began with informational chats, then a short online course, then a related entry-level role. It took about 14 months.
