Career change after a layoff, where to begin? after 7 years as a logistics coordinator

I want to move from logistics coordinator to something with more stability. It has been weighing on me all week. I have a little time and a small budget for training. Has anyone made a similar move?

I took a small pay cut for a year, and it was worth it for the growth afterwards.
