Career change after a layoff, where to begin? after 15 years as a social media manager

I want to move from social media manager to something with more stability. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I have good customer skills and I am comfortable with spreadsheets.

I began with informational chats, then a short online course, then a related entry-level role. It took about 4 months.
