Are certifications worth it while job hunting? (update)

I am considering a short certificate to improve my chances as a delivery driver. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I can study evenings.

The workforce centre told me about training funds I qualified for. It covered most of my course.

Ask the course provider how many graduates get jobs and where. Honest providers can tell you.
