Are certifications worth it while job hunting? (update)

Oluwaseun Laurent · 2026-06-19T04:39:40.105Z

I am considering a short certificate to improve my chances as a bank teller. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I am unsure whether employers value it. Is there free funding?

Check a dozen job postings first. If most ask for the same certificate, it is probably worth it.
