Are certifications worth it while job hunting?, payroll clerk here

A local college offers a course that costs $350. Any experience at all would help. I would like to use funding if possible. Did a certificate help you get hired?

Check a dozen job postings first. If most ask for the same certificate, it is probably worth it.

Ask the course provider how many graduates get jobs and where. Honest providers can tell you.
