Are certifications worth it while job hunting?, office manager here

I am considering a short certificate to improve my chances as an office manager. I would like to use funding if possible. Which ones are overrated?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
