Are certifications worth it while job hunting?, HR coordinator here

I am considering a short certificate to improve my chances as an HR coordinator. I worked as an HR coordinator before this. I would like to use funding if possible.

Check a dozen job postings first. If most ask for the same certificate, it is probably worth it.
