Are certifications worth it while job hunting? - first time posting

I am considering a short certificate to improve my chances as a forklift operator. It has been a long 4 weeks. I am unsure whether employers value it. Is there free funding?

Ask the course provider how many graduates get jobs and where. Honest providers can tell you.
