Are certifications worth it while job hunting? - first time posting

A local college offers a course that costs $750. I worked as a logistics coordinator before this. I am unsure whether employers value it. Did a certificate help you get hired?

Check a dozen job postings first. If most ask for the same certificate, it is probably worth it.
