Are certifications worth it while job hunting? - first time posting

Rami Alvarado · 2026-08-01T23:44:54.903Z

I am considering a short certificate to improve my chances as a paralegal. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I am unsure whether employers value it.

Check a dozen job postings first. If most ask for the same certificate, it is probably worth it.
