Are certifications worth it while job hunting? - any advice?

I am considering a short certificate to improve my chances as a warehouse supervisor. I am in Milwaukee, in case local advice matters. I would like to use funding if possible.

Ask the course provider how many graduates get jobs and where. Honest providers can tell you.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
