Are certifications worth it while job hunting? after 9 years as an administrative assistant

Yuki Whitfield · 2026-06-30T04:38:02.446Z

I am considering a short certificate to improve my chances as an administrative assistant. It has been weighing on me all week. I would like to use funding if possible. Which ones are overrated?

Check a dozen job postings first. If most ask for the same certificate, it is probably worth it.
