Are certifications worth it while job hunting? after 9 years as a warehouse supervisor

A local college offers a course that costs $750. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I can study evenings. Which ones are overrated?

The workforce centre told me about training funds I qualified for. It covered most of my course.
