Are certifications worth it while job hunting? - 20 weeks in

A local college offers a course that costs $650. I am in Fresno, in case local advice matters. I would like to use funding if possible. Did a certificate help you get hired?

The workforce centre told me about training funds I qualified for. It covered most of my course.
