9-month résumé gap, advice? after 3 years as a marketing coordinator

My résumé shows a gap from a layoff and some health issues. It has been weighing on me all week. I am nervous about being filtered out. How did you handle it on your résumé?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
