I took time out to care for a family member after working as a logistics coordinator. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I am nervous about being filtered out. Did anyone get past it?

A short, honest line such as 'family caregiving' is enough for most employers. They mostly want to know you are ready now.
