5-month résumé gap, advice? after 6 years as a data-entry clerk

I have been out of work for 5 months and worry about the gap. I am not sure how much to explain. How did you handle it on your résumé?

A short, honest line such as 'family caregiving' is enough for most employers. They mostly want to know you are ready now.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
