2-month résumé gap, advice? - what worked for you?

I took time out to care for a family member after working as a security officer. I worked as a security officer before this. I am nervous about being filtered out. What do you say in interviews?

A short, honest line such as 'family caregiving' is enough for most employers. They mostly want to know you are ready now.
