2-month résumé gap, advice?, security officer here

My résumé shows a gap from a layoff and some health issues. Thank you in advance. I am nervous about being filtered out. Did anyone get past it?

A short, honest line such as 'family caregiving' is enough for most employers. They mostly want to know you are ready now.
