14-month résumé gap, advice? - what worked for you?

I have been out of work for 14 months and worry about the gap. It has been a long 5 weeks. I am nervous about being filtered out.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
