10-month résumé gap, advice? after 15 years as a customer-service rep

I took time out to care for a family member after working as a customer-service rep. I am not sure how much to explain.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.

I was hired after a 10-month gap. The manager said the skills test mattered more than the dates.
