Work-search log: how detailed does it need to be? - what worked for you?

The certification asks how many work-search activities I did and I do not know what qualifies. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. My state says to keep records for a year.

Check the handbook on your state's claim site. It lists what counts in my state, and workshops were on the list.
