Work-search log: how detailed does it need to be? - what worked for you?

The certification asks how many work-search activities I did and I do not know what qualifies. It has been weighing on me all week. I also did a résumé workshop at the library. Has anyone been audited?

I record the date, the company, the job title, how I applied and any contact name. It takes a minute each and it covered me when I was asked for proof.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
