Work-search log: how detailed does it need to be? - what worked for you?

I have been applying to about 14 jobs a week as a social media manager, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. It has been weighing on me all week. I also did a résumé workshop at the library. Has anyone been audited?

Screenshots of the submitted application are handy backup when a posting disappears.
