Work-search log: how detailed does it need to be? - what worked for you?

I have been applying to about 18 jobs a week as a recruiter, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. There are 18 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I also did a résumé workshop at the library.

Screenshots of the submitted application are handy backup when a posting disappears.

Check the handbook on your state's claim site. It lists what counts in my state, and workshops were on the list.
