Work-search log: how detailed does it need to be? - what worked for you?

The certification asks how many work-search activities I did and I do not know what qualifies. I worked as a medical assistant before this. Some days I only network by email or attend a job fair.

Screenshots of the submitted application are handy backup when a posting disappears.
