Work-search log: how detailed does it need to be? - what worked for you?

The certification asks how many work-search activities I did and I do not know what qualifies. I worked as a paralegal before this. I also did a résumé workshop at the library.

I was asked for my log once, after six months. Having it in a spreadsheet made it painless.
